Scott Neill is the founder, President, and Principal Agent of Neill Insurance Brokers, LLC, an independent insurance brokerage headquartered in downtown Roanoke, Texas. With a career spanning more than 15 years in the insurance industry, Scott has built a reputation as one of the most trusted advisors in Northwest Tarrant County and the greater DFW Metroplex — earning a loyal client base through straight talk, deep product knowledge, and a genuine commitment to doing what's right for the people he serves.
Scott's path to independence was anything but ordinary. He spent 10 years as a Farmers Insurance agent — building his book to $6 million in premium, ranking #325 out of 11,000 agents nationally, and posting $839,000 in new business in his final year, with a 91.4% premium retention ratio. By late 2021, he made a decisive move: he converted to an independent brokerage so he could shop 40+ carriers and put his clients' interests first, rather than being bound to a single company's products.
Scott is a graduate of Oklahoma State University's Spears School of Business, where he studied Finance and Marketing and was active in Delta Sigma Pi and Sigma Alpha Lambda Honor Society.
